  铜陵富仕三佳机器有限公司立于2001年，是文一三佳科技股份有限公司（股票代码：文一科技 600520）全资子公司。公司引进国际先进的全套半导体封装设备专用技术和全套生产线，目前公司主要产品有FSTM250/300/350/450(伺服型）塑封压机；FSAM120T/170T系列自动封系统；FSSK1000型气动点胶机、ADS1000/ADS2000/MAD1000全自动点胶机；CY系列机器人及芯片封装机器人集成系统。

   Tongling Fushi Sanjia Machine Co., Ltd was found in 2001，is a wholly-owned subsidiaries of Wenyi Triniry Technology Co., Ltd.(stock code:600520). Imported with international advanced dedicated equipment of semiconductor molding and assembly line, its main products are: FSTM250/300/350450 manual transfer molding press(servo type), FSAM120T/180T auto molding system, FSSK1000 pneumatic dispenser, ADS 1000/SDS2000/MAD 1000 automatic dispenser, CY series robot, and molding co-robot system.
